Independent dealerships
Diagnostic support for auction vehicles, trade-ins, inventory preparation, warning lights, charging faults, and pre-sale verification.
Dealer and repair-shop support
We help dealerships, collision centers, body shops, independent mechanics, rebuilders, and fleet operators diagnose difficult Tesla electrical, computer, charging, cooling, module, and post-collision concerns.
Who we work with
Keep your team focused on the work it already does well while we help investigate the Tesla-specific concerns slowing the job down.
Diagnostic support for auction vehicles, trade-ins, inventory preparation, warning lights, charging faults, and pre-sale verification.
Help with unresolved electronic faults, offline modules, post-collision alerts, sensors, radar concerns, and systems that do not return to normal after repairs.
Tesla-specific diagnostic assistance when your technicians have reached the limit of their current equipment or experience.
Support for collision-damaged Teslas, repair verification, electrical troubleshooting, system restoration, and vehicle preparation.
Diagnostic review for Tesla vehicles with recurring alerts, charging concerns, electrical faults, or unexplained downtime.
Professional services
Availability depends on the vehicle, fault, parts, required tools, safety considerations, and repair scope.
Diagnose warning messages, communication failures, restraint alerts, replacement-module concerns, power issues, and faults that remain after visible body repairs are complete.
Investigate offline modules, gateway concerns, communication faults, replacement components, power conditions, and system configuration issues.
Diagnose rapid battery drain, no-wake conditions, unexpected shutdowns, abnormal loads, charging behavior, and modules that prevent the vehicle from sleeping normally.
Investigate vehicles that will not charge, cannot Supercharge, stop charging unexpectedly, or display charging and isolation warnings.
Review coolant pumps, thermal faults, circulation concerns, temperature data, cooling-system warnings, and problems following repairs or coolant service.
Support for radar adjustment, calibration concerns, driver-assistance warnings, sensor replacement, and post-collision ADAS faults.
Review high-voltage warnings, contactor conditions, interlock concerns, isolation faults, and vehicles that will not enter Drive.
Review active alerts, charging, system communication, cooling, low-voltage behavior, and repair status before a Tesla is listed or returned to a customer.
Common shop scenarios
These are examples of situations where a dealer or repair facility may benefit from specialized Tesla diagnostic support.
The visible collision work is complete, yet high-voltage, restraint, module, interlock, or communication faults remain.
The vehicle still shows communication faults or unavailable systems after components have been replaced.
A battery has already been replaced, but the vehicle continues to lose power, shut down, or remain awake unexpectedly.
Charging equipment appears functional, but the Tesla continues to reject charging or displays persistent charging alerts.
Pumps, coolant circulation, air in the system, temperature readings, or module faults interfere with proper operation.
The shop needs help identifying the underlying condition instead of repeatedly clearing alerts or replacing parts.
Service area and transportation
Vehicles can be brought or towed to ProCode Solutions from throughout Utah. Select mobile and on-site diagnostic support may also be available depending on the vehicle, distance, equipment required, and job scope.
Travel, mobile service, and towing costs are separate from the diagnostic or repair charge.
The standard option for vehicles that can drive or be transported to our Utah County service location.
We may help coordinate transportation. Towing costs are billed to the customer or business requesting service.
Select jobs may be completed at your location with an additional travel charge and prior approval.
Professional workflow
Send us enough information to understand the vehicle before arranging transportation or an appointment.
Include the VIN, model, year, symptoms, active warnings, repair history, collision information, and current vehicle condition.
We discuss whether the vehicle should be brought in, towed, or considered for mobile support.
We investigate the relevant systems and communicate the likely cause, next steps, and any additional testing required.
We provide a repair estimate when the work falls within our scope, or return clear findings for your team to continue.
Service scope
ProCode Solutions is an independent automotive business and is not a Tesla Service Center, Tesla Approved Body Shop, or Tesla-certified repair facility.
Diagnostic and repair availability depends on the vehicle, fault, parts, required equipment, safety considerations, travel distance, and repair scope.
We do not replace complete high-voltage battery packs. Not every diagnostic concern will fall within our repair capabilities.
